Farmine Land has rescheduled its Mystery Box mint event, originally planned for the end of April, to May 19.
The mint will take place on OpenSea, leveraging the Ronin Network, and will give players the opportunity to acquire NFTs from the Tools of the Landworker collection. These NFTs will grant players tools for use in the game, which include pickaxes, saws, fishing rods, and other items essential for gathering in-game resources.
The delay was due to a visual bug that affected the initial mint process, but the new dates have now been confirmed. The event will be held in three phases, starting with a free mint for creators and landowners, followed by a whitelist phase, and finally, a public mint.
What is the ‘Tools of the Landworker’ collection?
The Tools of the Landworker collection is a series of 15 unique NFT tools that players can use within Farmine Land. These tools are necessary for performing various resource-gathering activities in the game, such as mining, farming, and fishing.
The tools are divided into three tiers—Common, Rare, and Legendary—with varying daily usage limit depending on its rarity. For instance, a Common Fishing Rod can be used seven times a day, whilst a Legendary Fishing Net offers 22 uses per day. These tools can be used to gather resources that are then traded for LandCoins, an in-game currency with a fixed value of 0.001 $USDC per coin.
The tools are distributed across 1,400 mystery boxes, each containing 2-3 NFTs. Of the total 3,500 NFT tools, the majority are Common (70%), followed by Rare tools (20%), and Legendary tools (10%).
How to participate in the mint?
The Mystery Box mint will be conducted in three phases, each with different access and pricing:
- Phase 1 – Creators and Landowners (Free Mint): The first phase is anticipated to begin on May 19 at 1 PM UTC. This is reserved for creators and landowners, allowing them to mint mystery boxes for free.
- Phase 2 – Whitelist Mint: The whitelist mint will take place on May 20 at 1 AM UTC. Whitelisted users will be able to mint a mystery box for 70 $RON.
- Phase 3 – Public Mint: The public mint phase will open on May 20 at 1 PM UTC. Anyone will be able to mint a mystery box at the price of 80 $RON per box.
The mint will use the Ronin Verifiable Random Function (VRF) to ensure fairness and randomness in the distribution of the NFTs.
Once the mint is completed, mystery boxes will automatically open, and the contents will be available in the player’s in-game inventory.
