Active in the space since 2020, FEWOCiOUS initially gained a following through NFT sales on SuperRare and Nifty Gateway, before exploding into the limelight in 2021, with his Nike collaboration FEWO WORLD Open Edition fetching $3.1 million USD, and headline Christie’s auction Hello, i’m Victor (FEWOCiOUS) and This Is My Life selling for a record-breaking $2,160,000 USD.

What is It’s What You Live For?
It’s What You Live For is a striking 5.6ft x 4ft visual art piece, using graphite, spray paint, acrylic and masking tape on paper.
Describing the piece on X, FEWOCiOUS said that “I slashed the paper with a razor, then taped it back together—not to fix it, but to let it become something new. In the bottom right, there’s a little guy just standing there, taking it all in. That’s me, seeing the mess and the beauty of it all, realizing through every cut and every color that I’ve never felt more myself.”
The piece will be paired with a video NFT of a piece that’s currently in the Stonewall National Monument Visitor’s Center.
As it is a blind blind auction, details of the final sale price will only be revealed after the conclusion of the auction on November 30.
