DFZ Labs has launched and sold out a new NFT collection titled Ghost Machine on ApeChain.
The public mint opened on June 13 and reached full allocation by the following day. The collection consisted of 50,000 NFTs priced at $1 each, with free minting available to holders of Deadfellaz and Deadfrenz NFTs.
Since the mint, Ghost Machine NFTs have begun trading on secondary markets, where floor prices have risen significantly above their original price.

What is Ghost Machine?
Ghost Machine is a 50,000 PFP NFT collection developed by DFZ Labs, the creators of Deadfellaz. The project was released on ApeChain, a Layer 2 network in the ApeCoin ecosystem.
The project had been publicly discussed by DFZ Labs founders Betty and Psych in the weeks prior to launch. Holders of existing DFZ Labs NFTs—namely Deadfellaz and Deadfrenz—were granted free access to mint the new collection, whilst the general public could mint at a cost of $1 per NFT.
Ghost Machine is the latest in a series of projects tied to the Deadfellaz brand. Other in-development projects include web3 TCG Death Touch and Wallhugger—a Roblox-based game.

How has the collection performed since mint?
Ghost Machine NFTs have begun trading on secondary markets such as OpenSea and Magic Eden, having a floor price of $5.60—a 460% increase since mint—and trading volume reaching over $21,000.
According to DFZ Labs, Ghost Machine is now the second most trending PFP collection across all blockchains and ranks among the top 20 collections on OpenSea.
DFZ Labs has not published a specific roadmap for Ghost Machine. At present, the collection’s role within the broader DFZ Labs ecosystem remains undefined. However, with several other projects underway, future crossover or utility has not been ruled out.
