Revolving Games has released a revised roadmap for 2025, confirming that its $RCADE token will officially launch on May 22. The update outlines a series of developments scheduled across the year, including the introduction of new titles and community-focused gameplay events linked to token distribution. The roadmap replaces previous plans that had placed the token launch in the first quarter of the year.
The decision to delay the token generation event was attributed to the need for functional in-game use at launch. Developers stated that it was important to introduce the token only when supported by active in-game systems, such as token sinks and gameplay-linked rewards. The studio has now identified two titles—HatchKings and Project Nova—as key components in that rollout.
In addition to the revised token timeline, the roadmap includes information on a new RPG set for release later in the year and continued efforts to expand the studio’s web3 ecosystem.

What’s new in Revolving Games’ 2025 roadmap?
The first major development listed in the roadmap is the launch of HatchKings, a new title in the Hatchlings Universe. Originally scheduled for late March, the game is now expected to go live on April 3. Players will earn $HATCH tokens through daily gameplay mechanics, such as spins and leaderboards. These tokens can be used to acquire Scout Nodes, which appear to be linked to earning $RCADE in the future.
According to the company, 50 million $HATCH tokens will be distributed during the initial phase of the game. Whilst further details about HatchKings are limited, the studio has described it as part of a broader plan to introduce casual and hyper-casual gameplay formats.
In May, Revolving Games will reintroduce Project Nova, a 4X strategy title previously available in early access. It will be accessible on both mobile and desktop platforms for a two-week campaign that allows players to earn $RCADE ahead of the token’s launch—this will be the final airdrop event for the token.
Developers have stated that Project Nova will include token sinks—mechanisms that remove tokens from circulation—though specifics are still pending. The aim is to ensure that Project Nova supports the initial utility of $RCADE when it launches later in the month.

What’s next for Revolving Games?
Following the token launch, the company plans to release Skyborne Phoenix Flight in the third quarter of 2025. The game is set within the existing Skyborne Legacy universe and has been described as an RPG incorporating elements of life simulation and adventure. A specific release date has not yet been announced.
No further technical or blockchain infrastructure details have been confirmed for any of the planned releases. Revolving Games has also not disclosed how the tokens will be distributed or traded beyond the in-game campaigns and launch event.
The studio says more updates will follow in the coming weeks, ahead of the token generation event in May.
