The Dealflow Den, a key investment event connecting early-stage startups with venture capital investors, will once again take place during Istanbul Blockchain Week on 26-27 June 2025.
After its successful debut in 2024, the event returns to an in-person format at the Hilton Istanbul Bomonti Hotel to provide a platform where blockchain and web3 startups can present their projects to investors seeking opportunities in emerging technologies such as blockchain infrastructure and artificial intelligence.
Organised by Istanbul Blockchain Week in collaboration with EAK Ventures, the event attracts a range of venture capital firms from across the globe.
What is Istanbul Blockchain Week?
Istanbul Blockchain Week (IBW) is an annual conference held in Türkiye that brings together blockchain professionals, industry experts, startups, investors, and enthusiasts.
Since its inception, the event has grown to include thousands of attendees and a programme featuring local and international speakers from various sectors within blockchain technology. It serves as a forum for knowledge sharing, networking, and discussions on recent developments in blockchain and related fields.
Past speakers have included industry leaders and innovators from well-known blockchain organisations.
What to expect in the Dealflow Den?
The Dealflow Den is an event within IBW that focuses on early-stage investment matchmaking, targeting startups at the seed and pre-seed stages, with projects spanning blockchain, web3, and artificial intelligence. The event facilitates direct interaction between startups and venture capital firms through pitch sessions, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.
The 2025 edition will feature a two-day programme. On 26 June, investors and thought leaders will participate in panel discussions and roundtables addressing current market conditions and investment trends in blockchain technology. The following day will centre on an exclusive pitch session where selected startups present their business ideas to a panel of investors. Additional opportunities include one-on-one meetings and informal networking events designed to foster connections between founders and funders.
A number of venture capital firms have confirmed their participation, including TON Ventures, Polychain, Huan Ventures, Animoca Brands, Sigma Fund, Illuminati Capital, UF Ventures, LDP Ventures, Newtribe Capital, Big Brain Holdings, HadronFC, Outlier Ventures, Coinswitch Ventures, and Tykhe Ventures. The event is expected to draw over 20 investment firms actively seeking early-stage projects across various crypto sectors.
